Day 1 – Tuesday, October 23

Cluj-Napoca to Budapest (420 km)

  • Visit the Royal Castle.
  • Danube River cruise (2,000 HUF for students, 3,000 HUF for adults).

Budapest to Vienna (250 km)

  • Explore the historic center, including St. Stephen's Cathedral (Stephansdom) and the Hofburg Palace with the Imperial Library.

Day 2 – Wednesday, October 24
  • Visit Schönbrunn Palace.
  • Explore the Kunsthistorisches Museum (Egyptian, Greek, Roman, and Renaissance art; €11 for adults, free for children).

Day 4 – Friday, October 26

  • Stroll down Nerudova Street, the most beautiful street in the city, featuring the Romanian Embassy.
  • Cross Charles Bridge over the Vltava River, built in 1357 by Emperor Charles IV.
  • Free time for shopping.
Day 5 – Saturday, October 27

 

  • Explore the Old Town of Bratislava, including Grassalkovich Palace, Pálffy Palace, and Mirbach Palace.
  • Visit St. Martin's Cathedral, the coronation site for Hungarian kings since 1536, and admire the statue of St. Martin and the English tapestries in the Primatial Palace.
  • 4:00 PM – Departure for Cluj (610 km).
