AMALFI COAST TOUR

3:00 PM: Departure with Wizzair from Cluj – 4:05 PM: Arrival in Naples.
We will stroll along Via Toledo, admire the Cattedrale di San Gennaro, the Royal Palace, and Castel Nuovo.
Departure by coach to Pompeii (40 km). Overnight stay at a 3-star hotel.

7:00 AM: Breakfast.
We take the EAV Bus (3.10 €) up Mount Vesuvius to an altitude of 1000 meters.
Hike to the crater of the volcano (16 €). Visit the Roman city of Pompeii (16 €).
Departure by train to Sorrento, 6-night stay at a 3-star hotel.

7:00 AM: Breakfast.
8:30/9:00 AM: Cruise from Sorrento to the island of Capri (40 €), with a boat tour around the island (10 €).
Stroll through the town of Capri, take the funicular to Anacapri, and walk around.
Visit the Giardini di Augusto for views of the Faraglioni rocks.

Optional: take the chairlift to Monte Solaro (12 €).

5:45 PM: Return cruise to Sorrento.

9:30 AM: Coastal cruise (33 €), visit Amalfi, the first Italian maritime republic.
Take a bus to Ravello and visit the gardens of Villa Rufolo (6 €). Relax on the beach.

5:05 PM: Return cruise.

8:00 AM: Breakfast.
Departure by bus to Positano (15 km, 10 €) to visit the town, relax on the beach, and stroll around.

7:00 PM: Return to Sorrento by bus or boat.

Second day in Positano. Departure by bus in the morning. Optional cruise from Positano to admire the surrounding bays and beaches.

Return to Sorrento in the evening.

8:00 AM: Breakfast.
9:30 AM: Cruise to the island of Ischia (Alilauro, 40 €). Relax on Fishermen’s Beach and at the O’Vagnitiello thermal center (15 €).

5:25 PM: Return cruise to Sorrento.

8:00 AM: Breakfast.
Departure by coach to Naples (50 km).
Visit the National Archaeological Museum (18 €) and/or the Capodimonte Museum (15 €).
4:40 PM: Departure with Wizzair from Naples Airport – 7:40 PM: Arrival in Cluj.
